Like so many of you I work from home every day and often I find it hard to accomplish anything. Either things get crazy around the house or I have to run erands.

I have started prioritizing myself and I noticed I am getting much more done. Here is what I do:

1. I get up really early in the morning before anyone else and get the main things done that I need to.

2. I take breaks from home-work durring the day and do my online work then.

3. I know when to quit. I don't work myself too hard every day to the point that I get sick of getting online.

4. I allow time for my work to work. I don't expect results over-night so when my paycheck is lower I don't get too upset.

Thats really all I do now but I notice my productivity has gone way up and my stress way down. Good luck all!

Yes, your list is right in line with what I have worked out. In fact, the one thing that happend to me is with all the excitement of learning internet marketing, I would try to do too much and did end up getting so tired that I got a little sick, which I rarely ever do. Since I can't do everything at once, I have utilized a skill we all learned in school:

Make an outline!

1. I outlined the basics of what I needed to do, in order, to build my business. Since I'm just starting out, this literally is from the ground up.

2. From the outline I have chosen 4 items to work on everyday. When one item is completed, I will add a new item from the outline to the list.

By accepting I am building a long term business, I recognize like anything worth doing well, it takes time to build a good foundation.

Anyone else have ideas on how they manage?
