Upon completing our standard probationary period of 90 days, you will be offered a full-time sales position. Your commission levels will vary from 25% to 40% of each project's pre-tax value, depending on your specific involvement. Your main responsibility will be simple - interacting with your own clients and helping them by selecting our most suitable services, according to their needs. You will be representing VIP Enterprise in your area but you will not be heavily involved with project management and/or service deployment. Our programmers, technicians and graphic/web designers will do the actual work, according to specific requirements of your clients. You will only be responsible for (a) locating your clients, (b) answering their general questions and (c) presenting them (over the phone, via email or while meeting them face to face) with each project, as finished by our experts. Of course, prior to finishing the project, you and your client will be kept informed of each step.

Your commission will be paid weekly or monthly, depending on your turnover.

To assist you with getting on your feet faster, we will provide you with advertising materials that our representatives already find useful while marketing VIP Enterprise in their areas. Having these materials handy will save you a lot of time so you can concentrate on networking with your potential clients instead of creating pitches from scratch or designing leaflets, newspaper ads or online banners instead of researching your customer needs. If you are unable to meet with your clients face-to-face, you can of course work from home and contact your progressive customers over the phone or through the Internet. You are entitled to receive the same commission even if your clients never meet you in person or if they buy directly through our online shop. If this is the case, simply ask them to quote your full name when they make their purchases, or you can email us with their details in order to indicate that they are your clients.

We will always help you, especially while you'll be learning the basics.
